We have spent ten years recreating these fantastic garments and mailing them to you all over the world. Many of you come back, knowing you can depend on our brand. These products are made to last, to become an indelible part of your wardrobe for years to come. When you speak, we listen!

What suits you, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or Wire Transfer*? These are the options you have when coughing up your cash for your favourite AbbyShot product! If you live in Canada, you have a bonus choice in paying with an email money transfer!
*If you choose a Wire Transfer, we’ll shoot you off an email for the “how to.”
Terms and Conditions of Sale
We happily ship our products anywhere in the world, no matter where you are. When you place your order with us, your shipping costs are automatically calculated for you based on your location. All shipments are sent from our home country of Canada, and all shipping prices below are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Please Note: International purchases MAY be subject to additional import duty fees as determined by your government customs agency - these fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs Fees:
• Customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerages fees, etc.) may be charged upon delivery and required to obtain your order.
• These fees are NOT included in your shipping charges.
• We are not able to mark orders as "gifts" because we are a retail store.
• We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees.
• AbbyShot has no way of estimating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. so please do not ask us to do so - we don't have this information.

In-stock orders normally ship within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted.
If you are a registered AbbyShot purchaser, you will also be able to view your order status and tracking numbers in your account order history.
If your order contains only stickers or small light items, then you may also have the option to ship your order via Canada Post Small Packet Air, which does not offer package tracking information.
Processing Time: Orders are subject to a 1-2 business day processing time. Business days are considered Mon-Fri. Weekends are not considered business days.
Transit Time: All shipping transit times quoted are business days (Monday-Friday), not calendar days. If your order ships via UPS you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number when your order ships. The delivery times are in reference to the time spent in transit (once your order has left the warehouse). This time does not include the 1-2 business day processing time.
Tracking: An email with tracking information will be sent once an order has been shipped (with most carriers). If you carrier allows for package tracking, you can track your package on the UPS or Canada Post website.
Tracking is not available on:
• Small Packet Air
Rates: It depends on what you are ordering, how much you are ordering, and where it is shipping. You can determine the cost of shipping your order by adding the items you want to the shopping cart and entering your postal code or zip code or country in the Shipping Estimator on the cart page. You can also get the shipping cost during checkout - you will need to fill out your shipping address in order to view the shipping options and cost.
Address Changes: Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address on an order after it has shipped. If the order was sent via courier, it may be able to be redirected for an additional shipping charge.
EXCHANGE / REFUND
Set-Size Garment Refund
If your set-size order is new and has not been shipped out, it can be canceled free of charge. If the order has reached the "Shipped" status, the cost for canceling this paid set size order is then a re-stocking fee of $30.00 CAD. The remainder of your original purchase price will be refunded within 30 days of the set-sized product returning to AbbyShot. As an alternative that does not involve a cancellation fee, you can exchange your set size order for AbbyCash Gift Certificates of an equal value. AbbyCash Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
Custom-Fitted Garment Refund
If your custom fitted order has the "New Order" or "Processing" status, then the fee for canceling your paid order is $50.00 CAD. The remainder of your original purchase price will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation. As an alternative that does not involve a cancellation fee, you can exchange your order for AbbyCash Gift Certificates of an equal value. AbbyCash Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
If your order has reached the "In Progress" or "Shipped" status, then we apologize, it is too late. Work has begun on your custom fitted order and we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for AbbyCash.
Exchanges
If you chose an incorrect size, and you want to exchange it for the correct one, you have a one week window to contact us, receive approval and get the coat on its way back to us. The substitution itself is free of charge;>all you do is pay for the shipping, handling and any applicable customs & brokerage fees which may be applicable. This exchange applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.

To ensure a smooth and hassle free return, please follow the epistle below:
Approval
If your cat has been sleeping on your coat for the past six days (and believe us this has happened), or it has been through a monsoon (this hasn’t yet happened), or if it has been hung in the kitchen while cooking a yummy fish dish (this, too, has happened), then your coat may be rejected at the doors of AbbyShot. Please return it in its original condition, which includes not having the sleeves hemmed six inches shorter. (Yes, that happened too!)
If you have been wearing your garment (beyond simply trying it on to assess the fit), then we apologize, we cannot accept this for return.
Shipping
Please be certain to use a delivery method that will provide you with a tracking number and insurance on the package. If your coat never reaches us we can only be sympathetic.
- All shipping, handling and any applicable customs & brokerage fees are your responsibility. This includes fees for shipping the garment to our offices, and also for AbbyShot to return a new or altered garment to you.
- We know that we have uncanny folding skills due to years of experience, but please use your best origami techniques to fold your garment and place it back in the original packaging to avoid damage when being delivered back to us.

Customs Regulations
- To satisfy the regulations of Canada Customs, you must include the exact phrase,"Canadian Goods being returned" on the shipping documentation itself, as well as using the above .pdf label file for the package.
- Please also indicate the category of the goods as "Repair" or "Return" on customs forms (this is usually in a check box format).
- Please write in the country of origin of the goods as "Canada".
- For customs purposes, please ensure a copy of ALL PAPERWORK from the ORIGINAL shipment (original waybill, commercial invoice) is attached to the outside of the box, so it is clear that the coat is being returned.
- Should there be any customs or duty fees as a result of sending your package to us, we will charge them to you along with a nominal fee for processing this additional charge.
- Under most circumstances, properly labeling your package as a returned item as specified above should eliminate any customs duties!
Cancellation Policy:
Set-Size Garments
If your set-size order has not been shipped out, it can be canceled free of charge. If you have received a tracking number, then your coat is on the zip line and we’re afraid it is too late to cancel.
Special Order and Custom-Fitted Garments
Once your special or custom-fitted order has gone into production, it cannot be canceled. Prior to the production stage then the fee for canceling your paid order is $50.00 CAD. The remainder of your original purchase price will be refunded within 10 business days of cancellation. As an alternative that does not involve a cancellation fee, you can exchange your order for non-refundable AbbyCash Gift Certificates of an equal value. AbbyCash Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
Custom Fit: Our Commitment to You and Yours to Us
Do you have orangatan arms or legs that don’t quit? Well, we go the extra mile to customize certain garments to ensure the best fit possible.
We have the expertise to help guide you in taking your measurements. So call in your neighbour and put away the string in place of a proper soft measuring tape, and record your measurements in the form. Remember to use our photographs to see how it’s done. Please make sure you’re only wearing a t-shirt and Speedo having your measurements taken (you might make better neighbours that way). Our janitor (not!) will use her expertise to review your measurements and will contact you if there are any questions.
If everything is clear, we will make the garment to your specifications. This may take anywhere from 4-12 weeks. If, by some chance, the measurements were not followed by our manufacturer, then we will gladly refit your garment for free. You will need to let us know within 7 days of receiving your purchase. All you do is pay for the shipping costs. We request that you contact us in writing (e-mail preferred) with specific information regarding exactly where your garment does not fit and including both updated measurements and photos showing the fitting problem.
In ten years of doing business, we have yet to have one unhappy customer.
